Returns Policy

Non-Defective Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns accepted within 14 days from the invoice date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and in resalable condition.
  • Restocking Fee: A $35 restocking fee applies per item. If the item cannot be resold (e.g., used, damaged packaging, price stickers), a fee of 15-75% may apply at our discretion.
  • Exclusions: No returns for fuel, food items, discontinued products, or special-order items.
  • Process:
    1. Contact info@campingood.com to request a Return Authorization number (R.A.#).
    2. Mark the R.A.# clearly on the return package.
    3. Ship to the designated warehouse (return addresses vary due to multiple warehouse locations in California, Utah, or elsewhere).
    4. Customers cover return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Store credit only (no cash refunds), issued within 10-15 business days after receipt.

Defective Products & Warranties

  • Timeframe: Report defects within 14 days from the invoice date.
  • Process:
    1. Contact info@campingood.com with order number, purchase date, product details, and defect photos to obtain an R.A.#.
    2. Mark the R.A.# on the return package.
    3. Ship to the designated warehouse (California or Utah, depending on supplier).
  • Resolution: We follow manufacturer warranty policies, offering repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. Processing takes 10-15 business days.
  • Exclusions: Products used in group sales or rentals may not qualify for standard warranties due to wear and tear. Contact us for evaluation.
  • Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the product is defective, in which case a prepaid label may be provided (subject to supplier policies).

Shipping Discrepancies

  • Report issues (e.g., wrong or damaged items) within 5 business days of receipt to info@campingood.com.
  • Late reports are not accepted.
  • Refused deliveries or returns due to bad addresses without authorization incur a 15-75% restocking fee.

Split Shipping

Orders may ship from multiple warehouses (e.g., California, Utah) and arrive separately. Returns must be sent to the correct warehouse as indicated in your Return Authorization. Contact info@campingood.com for the return address.

Notes

  • All returns require a Return Authorization number (R.A.#). Items without an R.A.# incur a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  • We exclude implied warranties of merchantability or fitness beyond the manufacturer’s express warranties.
