📦 Campingood – Returns & Refund Policy

At Campingood LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the policy below:

🔹 Non-Defective Returns

  • Return window: Returns accepted within 14 days from the invoice date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping: Covered by the customer.
  • Restocking fee: No restocking fee applies for standard returns. 
    In cases of used, damaged, or non-resalable condition, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
  • Refund method: Store credit only (no cash refunds), issued within 10–15 business days after receipt.

🔹 Defective Products & Warranties

  • Report timeframe: Within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • Process:
    1. Contact info@campingood.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
    2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) and return instructions.
  • Return shipping: A prepaid label may be provided for defective items (depending on supplier policy).
  • Resolution: Manufacturer warranty applies (repair, replacement, or store credit).

🔹 Return Process

  1. Request an R.A.# before sending any item back.
  2. Clearly mark the R.A.# on the return package.
  3. Ship the item to the warehouse address provided (may vary by product).

🔹 Wrong or Damaged Shipments

  • Report any issues within 5 business days of receipt to info@campingood.com.
  • We will arrange a replacement or provide return instructions.

⚠️ Exclusions

  • No returns for fuel, food items, special-order products, or items that have been used.
